How We Protect Your Data

Payroll and HR records can include highly sensitive personal, financial, and employment information. Symply applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect that information throughout our services.

Data Privacy and GDPR

Symply is committed to handling personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR where it applies. Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect, how we use and share that information, and how long we retain it.

Payroll and Legal Record Retention

Some payroll, tax, and employment records must be retained to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, or compliance obligations. When a deletion request involves records that must be retained, Symply will limit access and use of the information as appropriate while preserving records required by law.

Third-Party Service Providers

Symply works with service providers that help us deliver payroll, HR, tax filing, communications, hosting, and support services. We require providers that process personal information on our behalf to protect that information and use it only for authorized purposes.
