Delete Your Symply Account

You can request deletion of your login credentials while keeping payroll records intact.

Important Information

  • Symply stores payroll and tax data for your employer.
  • Your company can remove your login and email credentials only.
  • Payroll records (pay history, tax forms, bank info) cannot be deleted due to legal requirements.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Email Support — Send a request to support@symply.com to have your login credentials removed.
  2. Verify Your Identity — Our team will confirm your identity before processing the request.
  3. Receive Confirmation — You will be notified once your access has been removed.
